I was not at the GM but I have now been relayed a précis from one who was. I trust the report. Something is wrong when a director thinks so low of longterm shareholders. A condescending, conflicted over compensation bumbling old fool has to go. And no, I do not mean Biya.

Unless there is an RNS today, then this smells of pump and dump / taking advantage of the physchology of a long seriously low SP. However, as stated plenty of times before, it is unrealistic to compare today’s SP with a historic SP for a growth company. The Qs to be asked must be more clear. Focussed on items of decision making given all the surrounding circumstances. Was it prudent, would the reasonable director have done so, was all available info kept in mind, in whose interest was the decision and who did it truly benefit. Yada yada yada.
