Your argument appears to be basically: more money = more clever. If the BOD have not produced success (so far) with their fiscal decisions, then giving them access to more money is unlikely to bring success. Especially when debt can burden is is more ways than one.

I agree. We went to Q for a “busy drill campaign”. Clearly that’s not happening right now and we could have moved to monthly for 6 months.
