I have posted re the early day Stonewall award/. Now, for example, the push into Wales and the opening of Cardiff is to have the Welsh language options. "uk banking" (high street) is more nuanced than the old "3/3/3" model. you can hardly be a digital bank or have digital options without a suite of social media options.

Mr T - might be worth thinking over "target customers". Anyone with cash to deposit or creditworthy and needs a loan (with security) should be a target customer? no. That includes the new kids. Middle eastern clients more than welcome, if they fall into the foregoing classes. I doubt the older and international will be using the same touch points. layered comms strategy required. heck, i hope Metro has a Webo and WeeChat page. ever heard of those?
