wait, let me follow that.. are you suggesting that the single figure trades might not be mutiple PIs using leverage to avoid day-trading stamp duty etc. but is rather, possibly, the shorts buying back leveraged? so as not to effect the share price?
deciding to up my position a fair bit, i wanted to look for the usual woodworm in AIM companies .... warrants. but, behold, the warrant price (well, the last warrants) are at 45p! goodness, i need another lie down.
hmmmmmmm, tell me: 1. has the action been accepted, or just filed? 2. how frequent are the actions the firm files, and how many attornies are there? 3. in terms of those that the firm seeks to represent, how many do they represent? 4. what actions did the plaintiffs take to mitigate their loss? or are they claiming their "sell" button was broken?
i have better things to do than speculate on what is or is not in odey's mind, or even be dragged into a convo on the same. if i was actively invested in 50 odd companies, i certainly would NOT spent most of my time on the BB of some dog pontificating on the ramblings of the deluded.
