With only 193m shares, and likely stock in sticky hands at this price, I’d be reaching out to negotiate with Bosch or their selling broker.

If you were short 1% at this point would you (a) try and buy back and raise price, or (b) contact someone trying to offload 17% ? Guess it’s a game of how low would Bosch sell a % for vs stock availability for closing out. Meantime, opportunity for buy side to load somewhat.
