The reason being it's a legal nightmare, tax, service levels and regulations vary in every country. Why do you think Microsoft has never done this! Most Microsoft partners won't either, instead they source regulated partners, but then often have to manage multiple relations unless they can find one carrier license everywhere (hint there are very few). So while Microsoft catch revenue from all MSFT partners serving Teams, Loop will do so at the other end of the service delivery, with very few competitors. Loop are not positioning itself to compete for Teams enterprise customers, rather to be the global regulated service provider for all Teams vendors!"
