I personally have always thought Rockhopper would get taken out. A question of when not if.

I wonder at what point would someone come in for it?

Would it be after FID as it’s almost 100% certain then? Or would it be further down the line?

The good thing (for us) is the longer they leave it the more it’ll cost them. Hopefully I’m wrong and we are suitably rewarded when the oil starts pumping out. I would be amazed if it’s still around by first oil but either way it’ll be a nice payday.

My guess is 50% premium on the share price if/when it happens.

EG777. In my opinion this will be a £1 a share before year end. Obviously if FID is given the go ahead which I’m 99.999% certain it will. So maybe even by July. Then the OM decision which is more overdue.

My hands are very sticky when it comes to keeping my Rockhopper shares but hopefully there will come a point when the SP will be ar a price when it would be stupod not too and then I will sell half and let the others ride. Also at that point it’ll be the day I never have to work again. 🙏
