no offence but on blvn there has been mass accumulation amid falling prices. Not so long ago the volumes were a lot higher and from what cheaps says 13% ie £8m ish of shares were acquired over a period of 2 months and the price was taken down. There are ways and means with a bit of skill.
im surpriseda major just doesnt take desire out on the cheap as they do have very valuable acreage and assets and forget a farm in.
It's no fun on the boards without cheaps, has he gone for good again?
It puts the value of this company at almost nothing with debt.
Thats a HUGE find!
If it was dry they wouldnt need this much time to test!
Beyond 78 days plus delay. Still no rns. At 259k per day I think it's very likely we have an oil strike here. Happy to be holding as from a Alsatian perspective thereis no downside. I also love the factbwenhave spent 1.5m on some very promising reserves at orchid today and the price hasn't moved when the most shares are traded and bought in a year! Little downside here.
look at the round numbers throughout the day - thats an instituional.
But there was some heavy institutional buying today here! Look at the consistent trades all day.
Biggest I've seen today. Think the clued up people realise that this one is a strike
Great move for them. Some cheap future reserves here. They need to find a partner on orchid to fund the next drill but this isn't high value debt opportunity.
It was a very odd time for Total to enter into the foray. However, Total clearly believes there is siginificant value in romeo particularly at the mid drill stage. Equally, it may be carrying the cost of deeper drilling where it likely believes there are further resources for the taking.
LHD are in advanced discussions with IAE over sale and are tryiing to finalise exclusivitivity. All expexted to close before christmas in line with IAE rns. They are alos in talks with valiant...... Good deal for IAE as they can pay cash without using thwir facility and get guick payback with no additional fixed costs!!!!!! Watch this space
too bright here!
At the end of the day WHO are not desperate and are not in a position to overpay. the Turkish unit on valuation grounds made up a lot of SBT and this was got rid of last year as I understand it. 55p is a good deal. WHO are unlikely to make a further offer from here. They backed out of Probability for the same reasons not too long ago too. Im out today.
William Hill's offer is a typical first low ball offer. That said, they wont overpay. Equally however, Ladbrokes will likely know that if SBT falls to William Hill theres no going back. This deal would also suit Ladbrokes as Australia was always what it wanted. Will be interesting to see where we end up. I suspect 65p. Hopefully the price will rise tomorrow in anticipation of the second bid - either way interesting few weeks ahead. Only have 2.5k here but woul dbe good to see a decent return.
Good, I am invested at £51 but would love to bag a bargain at £45. Gold prices are generally only on an upward trend and the monetary policy of easing both in Europe and elsewhere is not going to change. At £45 there will be a £10 profit in weeks. this share can really move whengold tracks up.
As I stated last week, GOLD ALWAYS TAKES A DIP at the beginning of a period of volatility. this is because people initially exit some of their holdings to create liquidity to cover margin calls or in the expectation that they are going to need to. You then see cash exit riskier investments and into gold. This is all we are seeing here.
The investment i made here last week is looking better by the minute!!!
most of the key chartists are predicting this, albeit it ill not be a sudden gush to get there. I bought further shares at £50.75 after buying at £51.50the day before. Very comforatable with this indeed. When we saw progress to £56 last week in the early part i thought I had missed my chance.
