I understand from this broker that the company is going to use Fridays results (which we know are market beating) to put to bed finally the rumours that have been circulationg. They did this last year when they issued that defence document (which to me was much a do about nothing). The fact is we have a company with significant assets, profits, trading at low earnings multiples in a huge growing sector and lots of cash. Oh and 4% dividend on AIM. Pretty undeniable really!

An absolutely no brainer of an investment for the following reasons: 1. the company trades at a whopping 53% discount to NAV despite the portfolio being high quality, 97 % occupied with stable defensive tenants. 2. Diversified portfolio of commercial, car parks and residential, 3. 7-8% dividend well covered by earnings. 4. Estimated Earnings per share of 30p which means will be trading on an earnings multiple of 5!!! 5. Results likey to show even further improvement as after refurb of Merrion centre in Leeds, now fully occupied with solid tenants eg KFC. 6. The Leeds Arena is being built right by its biggest car park - it will be thecar park of choice for all concerts. Great company to be in at this price - expect £1.80 by end of the week!!

They will def hold above 40p. The cash is there and trade is improving by all accounts ahead of last year. Retain generally is challenging, but retasilers that are profitsble with no debt to not justify a cash inclusive earnings multiple of 3!

Yes, that target has been the brokers standig in a while but it was made before the earnings upgrades. Expecting price target updrade to £1.30 post results based on earnings per share of circa 13.5p.

We should have free passage up to 50p prior to results mid February and hopefully results (based on 19 January update) will push them to 60p. Even then it will still be ntrading on a low multiple with bags of cash, but at least it will be closer to where it ought to be.

Absolutely agree! At three times earnings excluding the hige cash pile, this is going to ricket significantly any day. Lets not also forget we have a circa 4% yield which is well covered and safe - for any AIM stock this is great. Could be a takeover target in china if these levels persist.

No much, AA has problems at the moment. Also interms of speculation re a bid from the new glencore xstrate merger, this is a long way off if true. It is going to take at least 1-18 months by all accounts to get the merger completed due to the various regulatory hurdles they have to jump through. Also, it looks like Greece will now default and even if it doesnt, it will leave the Euro as it will still need another bail out. This will not do much for copper prices!

When I posted esterday I hadnt seen the full page spread on Asian Citrus in Investrs chrinicle. It is a really great and more detailed summary of the company and why this is wholly undervalued. EPS likely to be 13p so is trading at 3 times earnings. But Cash is currently 19p of th share price!! Equally, what I always forget about companies like this is that when the trees mature (and many will be on this announcement) they will get an uplift on the balance sheet to reflect this as the tree is fruit producing. this is a great investment IMO and with the certainty of good news based on the 19th Jan RNS im really happy to be in here. Topped up at 40 p yesterday.

Clothes retailers that are profitable and have strong balance sheets should be trading on multiples of between 8 and 12. strippin out cash this is 3. with a strong forward pipeline I will be buying more if any. Today investors got confirmation tht the company was still doing well and is on this basis undervalued.

Good trading statement, pity about current year profit, but the fundametal is still that the cash takes up most of the share price so this has a long way to run and the buyers knew that when they bought at 50p - including yourself. I do use bollinger and charting generally, but I tend to look more at fundamentals in the sense that good solid companies like this regardless of charts will always usually realise their value.
