It is impossible to calculate how much we could become yet as we have no sales figures or details on the BC deal so putting a price on us cant be done . I have however based my thoughts on what is possible in relation to ncyt , BC are not collaborating with us just so they can make the odd million $ here or there so i am working on the theory and guess that we could sell 50% and thus reach around the £6 sp mark .
Doing a quick check in early March their sp was around the £1 mark and it was nt until mid October until they peaked at £12 , about 7 months so patience is key it seems . Baring in mind they did nt have a multi billion pound company behind them and they were nt targeting the USA as their market .
These are my own thoughts and in no way intended as advice for others to invest , hold or sell their shares before anyone jumps on their high horse with the prove it addadge .

Sreadex are a spread betting company so if they are selling it is either pi s closing their long position or opening a short position i think.

Just to add , i invested last year firstly at 40p and have held since and also added along the way when i am able and topped up over the last couple of weeks since the last rns which i see as a positive with the BC deal .
The fact that some of the big holders have been selling and that those sells have been bought up is also a positive , by who i dont know but with the volume of buys it also shows positivity in the company .
I dont think we will get a big a cut with BC of the cost of the tests and that we will go charging straight up to £8 plus a share , but over the coming months when more information is released about the deal , how many centers will be operational and what sales we have along with approvals then a steady amble up £3-4 plus then that will give me the oppetunity to top slice along the way .

Crocqman , like you i am looking to be a long term holder as i see the company being a round for a little while yet with what they have going on . As with most AIM companies you value and invest in what you feel the potential is or could be rather than what is known . As you say you are unable to put a value on GDR as there are many unknowns as of yet , so could i ask what made you invest in the first place if you are unable to value the company , serious question .

Sorry to disappoint but i am no share guru it was just a one off lucky guess , i usually dont even get 1 number on the lottery right.

Tkevin , i suggest you read the post again especially the last 3 letters , Laugh Out Loud its called humour but obviously gone right over your head.

I think for all of us this would work out to be on Monday as the first trading day at mid Feb but as i have yet to see any company meet its target deadline i think its only fair to give them a bit of wriggle room so if we have no news by Wednesday or Thursday i am going to sell all my shares in disgust at their poor level of comms lol.

Thanks all, just trying to have a rough idea where we could get to based on either test sales or monitary sales as and when we get any news . Yes it is going to be guess work to an extent but always nice to have a rough idea in your head so as to plan to some extent when to take profits. I am in for the long haul but i am hoping to take some off the table along the way.

Punter 1 , please excuse my ignorance in knot knowing what our m cap would be . Could you please help and enlighten me as to what it would be on 20m test sold at £10 when you have no idea what the profit margin will be ???

I found this very interesting in so much as he said they were targeting the USA and Europe, i understand the America line because of Beckman but then he went on to give the reasoning of the fact they have a lot of private health care along with some countries in Europe but why?.
We are told we have an A1 product and the cost is between £8-10 per test , now what if they are looking to sell the tests to individual companies instead of countries you could get away with charging £10 instead of selling tens of millions say to the UK who would look to get a discount on bulk buy at £8 . For eg , 20m tests to individuals @ £10 instead og 20m tests @ £8 thus making an extra £20m for the same amount of tests , now that is a savvy salesman if that is the case.
Also, when putting a value on our m cap if we sold 20m tests @£10 would that give us an m cap of £200m as we would nt know what the deal with Beckman was who might want anything between 20-60% cut thus reducing our m cap ???

I cant see that sale going ahead if the broker did nt have buyers lined up

You have far to much time on your hands , but love it lol.

Anew site started in East Mids , northants . 8 sold with just the sales center opened and sales going well but struggling to get enough bricklayers to keep us chippies going .

For BGF to be selling in large quantities there has to be a big buyer as P I s are nt picking them all up and the 3% can be got round with a 3rd party buyer for them as has been seen before in other shares .
We know we have a good product but as of yet not good sales but with the outcome of tests being needed for a long while yet worldwide we still have time .
There has been no positive news for ages regarding approvals hence the reason the sp has been heading south , understandably, but there has also been no negative news either so for me it is a neautral position .
Patience is a must in shares especially in AIM 3,6,12 months is nothing if your product is good enough for it to come to fruition , what if in 2 months time we have approvals and then say 30m tests sold worldwide which is just a scratch of how many are going to be needed but would mean a massive increase to the current sp .
Would it be any more of a gamble to buy more now at the current sp than it was to buy at £1 plus months ago ?

It is very frustrating waiting for news especially when you have a timeframe in mind as to when that news will arrive , and then see other shares that you have been looking at to invest in rise and not have the funds to follow your leads through . The dilemma is to sell up and to move on or stick with the research you have done with the share you are in as we have here. Will i lose money , possibly yes , will i make money , hopefully yes, that is the gamble in investing in shares , especially on AIM.

I am working on the theory that GDR have stopped making any kits as they would now have millions in stock now , lets just hope we get sales news after approvals in the next few weeks .

Lets hope it does nt take the salesmen that long , i am hoping for sales early next year or else why did Beckman give GDR a kick up the backside , they also want to get things moving . They have no control on approvals but as i read the rns Beckman seemed to be getting a little impatient as they are ready to go hence the reason for the rns this week. I was hoping for a little momentum from the rise this week but it seems there is no love for gdr from the market as there is with other covid companies so the only thing that will move the sp significantly is signed sales contracts, but the beauty with gdr that with a low number of shares in issue we are not going to need the sales nyct have to re rate the sp to a lot higher level than we are atm.
