Prior to Covid-19 Court proceedings were not live streamed, but out of courtesy due to Covid-19 the live stream was provided. Due to a threat to one of the parties involved in this case the live stream will be provided in the 281st Courtroom only. As stated in a previous e-mail I cannot pass messages to Judge from an outside party as this would be an exparte communication.

Unfortunately I cannot pass on messages to the Judge from outside parties that have an interest if they are not a party to the lawsuit as this would be an exparte communication. If you were a party you would have to comply with Rule 21 of the Texas Rules of Court.

In summary

Frontera know FTI will take the asset in liquidation and therefore try and transfer the PSA to a new subsidiary and therefore protect it under liquidation. All that left is the 5% royalty payments in the old company. The government won’t play ball and refuse the transfer.

In the meantime ZM has purchased the assets for 5.8 mill under the company Green Capital which his cousin owns and has no doubt been in bed with the Georgian government.

Separately SN still suing Hope for being a naughty director and stealing information.

SN trying to stop ZM under employment contact rules were he can’t work in the O&G industry in Georgia and Moldavia.

In the meantime genuine shareholder have had a twelve inch vibrator trusted on their arses by just about everyone without the decency of providing lube.

Shareholders have been well and truly bent over and shafted by ZM. Glad rainbows not here still protecting him and blowing smoke up his backside. SN also looks totally incompetent
