Frank, what would be the purpose of an EGM. The Board answered pretty much all the questions put to them last week. If it’s your intention to kick out the Board, have you the contacts to put a new Board in place????. We all know that we are not in an ideal situation, but beating them into a corner at present is certainly not in the interest of genuine shareholders.

mrc - you seem so bitter, your negativeness towards Scirocco is obsessive it’s actually pretty unhealthy. Serious question, have you reached out for some kind of counselling get over whatever you have experienced with this stock. I would understand more if you were shorting the stock, but I very much doubt you are that stupid. I feel you’ve gone beyond whether or not Scirocco is a good investment, it’s more of a vendetta for whatever reason. Hope you get the help you need. Best of luck.

Kiran and the team have been very active recently in regard to market updates and interviews.

It was clearly communicated in the RNS of 11th October that the Bank credit committee approval for secured bank creditors had assisted in paving the way for Cadence to vest initial 20% in the Amapa Iron Ore Project.

As you can imagine, the team at Cadence and DEV, plus the entire Amapa region are keen to see this phase completed so we can see the Amapa iron ore mine come back to life.

We will report to the market once this phase has been completed.

As I understand the Board are keen to host a Q & A before the end of the month. Details will be confirmed soon.
