Well said Samhew my sentiments entirely I bought into this company with the hope to supplement my pension in a couple of years time and I feel completely fed up with our current share price. It is blatantly obvious that Hainan pull all the strings here and despite the fantastic job Bernie has done getting us into full production with revenues rolling in I truly believe he has had enough now and would welcome the chance to move on to another opportunity elsewhere. With absolutely zero PR coming from the company not even one picture of stockpiles at either the port or mine I think we all know whats coming. I believe that as Hainan originally paid .50 for their stake any full buyout would imo only be around the .8 or .9 mark leaving most of us LTH pretty disappointed but I hope to be proved wrong

I might well be completely off the mark here but could not Hainan use the arbitration as a bargaining tool to leverage a buy out of Kodal. If Hainan did want a takeover it would surely be well before the implementation of stage 2 while the share price is so low.

Great article Elco I particularly like the part at the end where Hainan state they are striving to exceed the annual output target. This confirms what Bernard has constantly stated that the relationship is very strong and they are very keen on getting to stage 2 as quickly as possible. WOW 27 million buys and less than half a million sales you cant tell me that the share price is not being manipulated. We are not going to see an increase in the share price until the April figures are released so up till then it is just going to be green box after green box which is such a shame. If only there was a way of not being able to see green box after green box it would make it so much easier to read

I will be sticking around to LMR and appear to have the same investment strategy as you as I bought in a couple of years ago with the purpose of supplementing my pension. Should the share price still be in the .3 's in September after we should have a very healthy balance sheet then I might be slightly worried. I think BFD is correct though as I believe brokers are trying to fill big orders and I wouldn't be surprised to see a blue finish

That certainly is very good news George great find and should provide more clarity going forward. Now that Mali have a greater interest it should make the granting of any future gold licencing a lot easier if Bernard decides to progress with this

Same feeling mate I have been convinced Bernard has been waiting until the end of January to tick all the right boxes and deliver us the news we have all been patiently waiting for. Only one place this share is going and it aint South. IMHO

Thanks Lav probably wise to switch off I am in no rush to sell it has been a great ride so far and I am in for the long term. In my humble opinion Bernard will fully concentrate on the spod now as prices are only going one way and the Gold, which initially drew me in will take a back burner

As a matter of interest does anybody have any idea what grade of spodumene the next shipment will be as this will obviously have a big impact on the amount of monies received. The previous RNS is pretty vague on this and the last one was a bit lower than we were expecting. The PR team appear to be in radio silence as there have not been any updates on production since 19th December with the only announcement being the appointment of Peel Hunt. Indeed Wow What a week for KODAL with the only news coming out of the Company being the addition of Peel Hunt who traditionally focus on bringing on Institutional Investors and takeovers. With our market cap approaching £100 million this is now becoming very interesting i doubt any LTH will be looking to sell any time soon Patience is indeed a virtue

Hopefully the 0.4 will have triggered an avalanche of sales as there are almost 160 million gone through so far, please let it be the unholy trinity selling and leaving this forum but as we all expect it will unlikely be the case. With the share price on the increase this does indicate order filling has been taking place and with the appointment of Peel Hunt this abides very well for the future.

Surely the main thing here is that the Company is now almost completely de risked so becomes a lot more attractive as an investment. SC selling will hold the price down for a while but going forward with the inevitable rerate and an increase in the Spod price the future looks so much more positive.
