The thing is..... anything could be really going on behind the scenes, we don't know if the legal teams are talking to each other or trying to trash out a deal before going before the judge again...either way OEX have the upper hand in all this and I wouldn't want to be sitting on the sidelines when the next RNS delivers us some good news.

I wouldn't be surprised if it surpassed the .4 align are quoting...its way oversold and its a win win for OEX.
