The Company drilled the naturally fractured 600m vertical section of the Middle Eocene in the Patardzeuli Oil Field with total losses of drilling fluid, a drilling technique not previously employed in Georgia. This technique was used deliberately to avoid wellbore damage from Lost Circulation Material. During drilling, high losses (cumulative of 45,000 bbls of fluid) were recorded, which is a positive indicator of highly transmissible natural fractures. During the staged testing programme, both oil and gas have been produced to the surface.

Same old thing really….at least the mines have terms agreed for sale finally, we have around £22m of value one poster worked out.. but with Cameron saying a 30% reduction could be applied by potential investors we need to IPO somewhere between £6 & £12m to reach the required £30m valuation….so let’s split the difference and call it £9m.

I don’t think that should be hard to raise… it’s not like we need 100m or something silly.. I can’t see why the brokers are putting this off til Q1 next year…possibly even further.. £9m must be easily achieved in this day and age.

Its looking good here again and sentiment has returned.... these buy backs tell investors that good news is coming, and the company wants the shares back.. they can have mine when we reach Heids magiacal £1.. so about 8 weeks then!

...This is a detailed and important update from COPL who are progressing steadily at Barron Flats with what looks like plenty of upside. Financially the company are in the process of speaking to ‘select US and International Banks’ about a refinancing which would release those hedges into the bargain, and what a bargain that would be.

Finally, maybe the jewel in the crown could be the snippet with regard to the approach by a large company in Wyoming to explore a JV for the deep oil discovery and this could also lead to significant potential upside.

I have only recently come back to COPL after a long while and have had just the one meeting with the CEO. But I like what I see and will look forward to further, detailed chats and then maybe be able to more carefully judge the situation which looks very promising.

Few buys ticking in despite the relatively large spread... a good sign id say.
2.5p may be abit conservative if all comes good imho...time will tell.

I don't think its priced in Iron... Infact absolutely nothing can be priced in with an Mcap of £42m!!!.. it's crazy.. but if you don't laugh at it you will cry!

After this mornings reaction.. if the production figure come out and they are not much more than last month.. God knows how the market is going to react

We can blame each other as much as we want....Positive rampers for any rise then doom merchants for any dips but the facts remain the market doesn't seem to like anything Art pits out... no matter how upbeat and positive for the company. After this morning's RNS nobody would have had this marked down 3.5% today... Its so bloody frustrating to see... yes yes we are here for the full value to be released in the months or years ahead but feck me its annoying to see red here.

The traders who wee here for a quick buck are deserting so we now lose the measly 5% rise we had for 14mins..... will Art have to take a bucket of Oil and dump it on the MM's desk to get them to take notice here
