Details are still to be finalised but looks like a done deal to me... SOU has never been in such a good position with a clear path to revenue, i remember buying or topping up at silly prices 70-80p maybe tad higher... now we are 2p with a much brighter future you have to reflect on where the SP could be a year from now?? Soooooo glad I've averaged down massively in the last year with more to come.... its a strong buy from me!

CP did allude to expansion in other jurisdictions in the last Q&A…..definitely didn’t name any countries… if they did open up over in the USA & Canada then wow that would be a major step for Tally… Europe would surely follow…. The current team of 30 would be massively grown to accommodate new accounts opening. All so if it did happen it’s not uncommon for small start ups who look to be doing well to get snapped up buy some Silicon Valley tech billionaire… 10x IPO might not even take 3 yrs! I wonder how many current disgruntled holders would stay and not scramble for the door if CP did announce this in the next few months?…..

Agreed Rubber.soul... GL will want to meeting to be upbeat and a decent lift in the SP is one way to achieve that.. along with a promising outlook for the next 12 months!
