i have a paltry amount of these in my SIPP only out of morbid curiosity. These clowns could not organise a p9ss up in a brewery. The current resource being proved up could be promising but needs funding, which will obliterate the sp at this level

To see this sub 7p. Surely this is part of a bigger plan to see the smaller players in the NFB wiped out. SFB is dead for now due to huge well costs and lack of proven oil. Buying these now gives RKH shares @ circa 21p a pop. I guess the only question is how much lower will they take it...

With RKH. Terrible news here leaves BOR as the sole SFB focussed explorer without a pot to p9ss in. Even someone as stubborn as Harry must see this as game over for BOR as a stand alone entity.

This massively weakens BOR as Focus will now be mainly on NFB in the new entity, cheaper wells, proven oil. I expect BOR to be picked up for a song shortly.

I believe its a valid question as to whether a placement is in the offing. Have FOGL confirmed there cash position post Humpy? Even if they are getting the $10 mill, they may still want to boost the coffers and get the IIs on board at basement levels...

personally not buying into the SFB being dead, however what I did say was that if humpy was a duster and not being commercial is viewed in the same way by the markets ...that sentiment would be die for a while. I think this will be an albatross till POO picks up but At least the bod will not let this go for a song.... Personally I will hope to pick up a modest holding add them to my sipp and forget about these for a few years..

Dragged on for yrs..whilst the assets were cherry picked. The Barstuard that ran the company into the ground then started a new company on the TSX. Not meaning to be unpleasant here best thing is to write this off completely and be pleasantly surprised if you get a few quid.

Unfortunately having been through the same thing with Oilexco a while back the answer is yes. Premier Oil picked up their prime North Sea Assets for a song and there was nothing less for shareholders. Everything will be sold off at fire sale.
