That's my question..... If they have a NOMAD they can stay on the AIM anyway, so why do they need the ISDX listing??

That's the thing with the ISDX listing, last RNS said that if its suspended on AIM its also suspended on ISDX...? So why bother??

Hopefully... These clowns will issue an RNS either at SOD tomorrow or intraday to confirm no NOMAD found and not leave it till the 8th when everyone will be locked in...

RNS. No drill in near to mid term unless due to no farm in, 40 dollar. Break even so IMHO why invest 1.4 bill capex for a pathetic 8 dollar or so profit. 60 dollar oil and then they are back in the game. Still, nice capital restraint, steady technical work.

I draw your attention to the quasi equity, so you are looking at being diluted out site as the solution here. Bod won't care they get paid. Banks won't care they get their cash, or at least enough to keep them at bay for a while ..

I agree. It' s very rare to see a placing and zero volume. Personally I am expecting an instant breach of the placing price.
