A matter of waiting this out.... Yes....the old team was diabolical and p(ssed shareholders money away on sub-optimal assets... But..that is gone. We have 3.5 mill cash with a £5 mill mkt cap.... A proven M & A team V surprised this has not started to pick up as yet....of course no doubt whenever the RNS drops this will go vertical Nice chance to get in at moderate premium to placing... Cannot understand why folks were queuing up to get in pre consolidation and now they can get in @ 30% cheaper they are sitting on their hands??

Bizarre one this... Some humongous buys, then zilch on volume... There appears to be little churn on placing shares, so it looks like its sticky money.

I was about right! The enlarged ordinary share capital of the Company, comprising 262,728,022 New Shares! Monday is going to be interesting. Big fat wad of cash with respected financiers.

I had read the RNS in detail but the no of shares post consolidation did not make sense... Will just wait till Monday
