Yes there is a min 20 mill usd requirement but there is no mention of what COPLs share would be...

Drawing on the Facility is contingent on among other things:

·    An additional US$20 million to US$33 million of funding from ShoreCan;

I thought the news was overall v positive, but it's quite clear that COPL are going to need a chunk of change to get this over the line, there are substantial demands for finance and I very much doubt our JV partner is going to foot the entire bill. Quite simply put we have to have some skin in the game.
What we don't know yet is how much...The sooner we gat clarity on that the better...

Not fussed as if drops will add to already substantial holding..
4v1 on l2 so at present a move up to 0.7/0.75 looks more likely..
With correct RNS we will open I would guess @ 0.8/0.85 at min ....

Few mins back and kept being quoted 0.8 for anything over 250k...
Make no mistake they want your shares on the cheap prior to imminent RNS...
