IMHO if it was dust we would have heard today.A discovery will take a little longer to get Nomad and JV approval..

spike there are only 4 MMs on MSMN and its 3v1...

Consideing the amount of buys we had MMs taking the p9ss by dropping the ask..

So here is the situation IMHO

COPL and Shoreline will require $20-30m USD in escrow to get finance done.
The only real question is how much will Shoreline stump up as our wealthier cousin.

I don’t believe it’s feasible for COPL to be the only partner here to have their contribution fully funded by future profits – it simply does not make any sense why all the other partners would take the risk and COPL to have no skin in the game. If the unthinkable were to happen(and I am not saying it will) COPL would be the only part of the consortium with no exposure…

Package as per below.

• US$100 million funding from an offshore oil services group ("Service Provider") to deliver the project;
• An additional US$20 million to US$33 million of funding from ShoreCan;
• Project financing and offtake agreement term sheet (the "Term Sheet"), providing for a minimum US$30 million to a maximum of US$50 million Senior Secured Facility

Yup agreed but he has not said if COPL have to have their share of the 20 mill in place before funding I believe it’s a valid question..

As I said they will be penning the RNS now and IMHO if we don't be a RNS today it's nailed on there is a discovery as it don't take the nomad long to approve a duster RNS...
In ACs words a discovery would be extremely material to Mosman Stanley has in excess of 200mb recoverable oil in place ....

Rife what's needed is for Arthur to man up and do a detailed interview to address the various questions that have been raised as a result of the financing package announced as we are all simply making assumptions...
The initial implication from Art was finance would pay for the well and associated development costs and hence eliminate the need for a large cash raise. The deal seems far more complex than even the most optimistic of us could have imagined so Art can clear all the conjecture that is occurring here by filling in the gaps via an interview...

Should be the last day to load up b4 news. They will have the results now and be scribing the RNS for approval form nomad....lets hope it's plenty of the black stuff...GL all...

Betra I raised this point earlier.re possibly half of the usd 20 mill required by COPL.
Let's assume their cash requirement(which one would assume in order to net NNPC would be ring fenced>) is Usd 10 milllion they also need running costs at used 400k a month...
I think dialogue has occurred and they have basically said show us the couloir of your money...
I think we are going to see a much larger cash raise that more than doubles shares in issue, an unpleasant but necessary step that would no doubt require shareholder approval.

Yup if no RNS we should open @ 0.7/0.75 with strong buying IMHO
