Cash injection new bond and huge dilution followed by consolidation.
Ironically after that HUR becomes far more investable as they will have funding to remediate the current issues via side track and water injection

Notice of Special General Meeting



Further to the Company's announcement of 14 July 2016 regarding the proposed Balance Sheet Restructuring Transaction, a Special General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company ("SGM") will be held to approve the following resolution:



That the authorised share capital of the Company be increased by US$219,105,237 from US$73,000,000 by the creation of 21,910,523,665 new Common Shares, ranking pari passu in all respects as one class of shares with the existing Common Shares.

Geological and mineralisation modelling is nearing completion to update the JORC resource at the Plateau gold deposit ("Plateau"), within the Lighthouse tenement. Resources will be estimated for both the Eastern Breccia and the Central Breccia. It is now expected that the resource update will be released earlier than anticipated and prior to the end of January 2021. In July 2019, Rockfire announced a maiden JORC resource of 1,147,330 t @ 1.10 g/t Au for a total of 40,400 ounces of gold at Plateau.

To be be clear it’s not a standard placing we are taking a debt for equity placing that would wipe out current equity just like at gkp.
The difference there of course is they have a huge conventional play as opposed to basement.
I still think in the end this will do okay but was not prepared to be reamed off the bond holders

Should be interesting. No one knows when in Jan news will drop, so expecting volume to pick up as the month progresses.
