Questioning where the TR1’s are is valid, whatever justification is given as to why/how the TR1’s have not been issued will be very interesting. One thing is for sure, no matter what anyone may lead you to believe the 50 million shares that JB has sold to date have not been bought by retails punters. That has also been suggested to me Scottie - allegedly if your instruction to your broker is buy me 10% then until they come back and advise you that they have filled the order you do not need to report. I have checked the rules and it is certainly not clear to me that you cannot do that. I guess we will find out soon enough.

So what do you believe is happening to the share Nickel? I appreciate the lack of TR1’s is confusing but surely you do not think the shares are being picked up at 20,000 a time by retail punters?

Kept I think I agree - JB has blindsided and frustrated me no end but I do not think he is stupid or that his pride would have allowed him to sell at a lower price than he could have otherwise achieved - overall. With regard to the irrevocable undertaking - this is nothing more than a contract between two parties - JB and his broker - the broker will potentially lose money if JB removes the undertaking therefore if JB makes up the loss they could decide to void the contract and cancel the undertaking. Personally although I can see such an event giving a lift to the SP overall I don’t really care and am not concerned by the daily sale - I am much more interested in who is buying the shares and what their intentions are.

And why would we not get brilliant news Nickel? The market expects it but does not know when - traders and market makers will make the most of things in the meantime. Like you I have been doing this for a long time, look at the fundamentals, trade if you have to but at some point, hopefully soon this will fly. ATB

I am fairly sure that the broker could agree - for a price - if they were approached by JB but the 1% a day sale is not a terrible burden at the end of the day although it does represent a disorganised market. The 1% sale represents a double-edged sword - a potentially buyer has to balance the benefit of potentially acquiring more shares at a cheaper price against the certainty of owning the company at a competitive price and the risk of another interested party making a swoop. If an offer is made that comes will the support of Crawford then you have to consider he will only put it forward if he knows that JB will support it.

Apologies if these points have been made, I admit that as there are so many posting these days I no longer try to keep up.

Crawford’s appointment will be very well received by the market where is has a solid reputation. He owns about 4.5% of the company with what was a very attractive average of c35p - one hopes that would be his first psychological goal here. Although I was of the opinion that their relationship had strained JB’s twitter post confirming that his original appointment was the best he had every made and GC’s resignation and the subsequent appointment of HP was the worst in the history of the FT250, is a ringing endorsement and must mark a considerable thawing of the relationship between the two warring parties - this is significant. None of us know the terms of JB’s instruction to his broker but common sense might prevail as they could agree between then to void it. MIC own around 9% and Vanquish about 7% both averaging over 50p - we have not been notified of any changes to their holding surely they must be considering their position or are they already insiders having been approached by other interested parties? The old BoD informed us of a Hail Mary offer at 20.9 which at the time seemed ridiculously low (it still does to me) but they also advised us that there was interest at a price much higher that our SP at the time from several other interested parties - nothing has changed and they will have been well aware of the claim rate, so if there is any cessation of hostilities they may very well reappear. There has been talk that JB may wish to set up an alternative co in competition - for me this has zero chance as he could easily have bought out the 40% he did not own at any point for much less money and the route to profit would have been much simpler. Many have joined recently and will be happy with trading this share and making 5% 10% a go - there is nothing wrong with that and I wish them luck although I do become frustrated when obviously knowing little of the value or history here they post to ramp one way or the other. We will probably not achieve full value here which would be £1 plus but I remain confident and invested that we will get much closer to that than our current SP or even the much quoted 21p. ATB

G123. I have been invested for nearly 12 months, so I have walked a few miles with this company. I bought in following the big fall to about 70p when the BoD advised the market that they were going to change the model and find new customers rather than work with repeat borrowers. The market did not like that idea but the results proved them to be right as this was the hot spot for the FCA at the time. Since then JB has bought his own concerns to the market through his own twitter account costing himself about £1 billion. Speculation has been rife about how this broken relationship would play out and we find ourselves here. JB could have taken 20.9p and walked but he knows that the company is worth a lot more - personally I do not believe even he anticipates getting full value of £1+ but he will get a lot closer to it than where we are now - one way or another.

Hi HH, you are great at de risking. I was in profit today which was amazing considering how far I was underwater before. I don’t want to miss the jump when the offer lands and so I will not risk trading until over 20p. Hoping for 40 before news but days like today make that seem a long way off, we shall see. ATB

Degsy - JB has already refused to consider 20.9p if they want his shares in bulk they will have to pay a lot more. Hold Hard.

Lots of chat today but nothing written here will change what will happen tomorrow, so few free shares we will not move the market. For my part I am hoping we do not get an RNS tomorrow - I expect a gap up at open and 20p odd at some stage before some profit is taken by many. I will hold add on any dips if they come. Interested parties will appear in time and anything could happen after that - been here a long time determined to hold out for over 40p before I think of selling any. Whatever you decide to do I hope it works out for you. ATB.

B - you are very lucky if it passed you by - count your blessings not all of us were as quick off the mark as HH. AMGO is nothing like Fin and it seems a little ridiculous to compare the two.
