You made no mention of the agreement with Mountain Horse Solutions, in your post, and the context of your post reads that you are stating the opportunity of an order with the US Department of Defence melted away - my response is that the opportunity to get an order from the US Department of Defence did not just melt away, as it was always recognised that we developed the Test for the US Military of Defence because they wanted a secondary source Test, as a back up, should they need one, and that is what they have.
The Distribution agreement with Mountain Horse Solutions however gives us a wider market opportunity for our Biological Warfare Test:- It has not just melted away - Orders for Biological Warfare Tests do not come along as quick as orders for Cars - LOL
