Assuming you can get your dividend payments transferred to UK or off shore. The cost involved? Bear in mind KZ has just slapped a 'royalty' [lol is that what they call it now] on POLY sales, what will they slap on dividends leaving the KZ bank, the FX 3 years hence, taxes on money coming into UK from overseas earnings and so on. If you are all ready receiving an income from such shares from such international arrangements, fair enough. But it is a big mountain to climb to start such a venture, especially in the circumstances relating to POLY assets.

The period of consultation ended a couple of months ago quietly in a room in London. You've all been given fair warning now of the risk of being trapped in a future complicated taxable international FX exposed net. Just look at the trouble people are having trying to understand let alone explain the mechanisms behind the boards preferred option.

Perhaps the biggest overall variable is to understand the lack of liquidity in the proposed KZ exchange. Imagine this share with half a dozen trades a day. How much will sp move? So it is only a divvie share. When will they be paid? How will they be paid? And if you needed to liquidate yourself, how, where, time and how many taxes and losses through FX transactions might hit?

Get real about this. It is no longer an ISA small investor LSE option.

FCA handbook. I think within the rules, after suspension you can't transfer nominee accounts into paper shares as no activity involving the shares can take place.

The limited and delayed advanced weapons did have the desired effect, the Russian side withdrew, unfortunately only to defensive positions. From there it is an end game. But as the people in China recently proved, even in the most autocratic system, when enough is enough that fear is overcome.

I no longer need to mention the war because people here stopped posting nonsense about Russian supremacy and dominance. It eventually dawned on those people, Russia has been defeated. Just the form of end game now.

I believe ND that Putin's regime has blocked all sorts of mechanisms to liberate Russian assets from Russia so hence to split from the start. Sadly the company prevaricated far to long and now there is no one that will deal with POLY in terms of maintaining UK links. Toxic is the word I used many times before and now it is official. It's a mess and the company could lose access to a whole heap of financial products and simply be unable to function and so fail.

If the share has to be suspended because there is no longer any sponsors in London, then you will beat the mercy of an off book sale - and to the lowest bidder. To risky for me to be holding except briefly if day trading windows open up. In and out, no shaking it all about!

ND, for me the issue is much more the hassle in trading in the new place, potential losses being ported to whatever new arrangement there are and the prospect of suddenly being locked in on a suspension.

I didn't buy any spike and sold breakeven. I await further developments before gambling with it.My money is plant elsewhere and has already earned a buck or two so not missing out on anything.

I am not privy to any suspension list so can not confirm or deny any details, but I can make my own inferences.

Why is there this never ending aggression and hate speech against those who comment although not actual holders at that particular point in time. This is a chat about the share and what affects it. It is not a private holders club.

And it is actually down right offensive to be calling people trolls just because they happen to post from a point of view you may not agree with. Go and join the others on Telegram so here we can have some proper balanced non-aggressive, trouble free, abuse free non-disrupted chat for the first time in many months. You are a very decisive person routinely pitching people against each other just to cause trouble for your own amusement and this must stop!

In my experience, the stasis after a big sell in an otherwise low volume market with a massive 5% spread points only in one direction when everything is reconciled. Down! That's why you don't day trade low volume high spread.

Looks like Massiveray was finally suspended. The moderating team went was totally taken in by his abuse of reporting. Only for 'toxic' to become an official term used to describe the assets of the company by the company.
