RE: Today above 300 p10 Feb 2023 09:54
Bear in mind, there was no change in sanctions, no change in regulation, no change in law, nothing had changed before 10:30 yesterday. Yet the ability trade was hanging by a thread. A work around was eventually implemented. But what other threads are there, and what happens if there is any actual change in any variable? Round 10 of the EU sanctions is currently being drafted and the US is constantly updating theirs.
I would say, if you want to invest in this share, do so on the basis there will be no London listing, or any western listing in the near future, nor for some years after. Be prepared to be able to manage a holding overseas in KZ, including the ability to receive dividends and liquidate if needed.
On that basis, you have factored in the risk. This is the basis I would consider whether to drop in a sum on a 3 year wait. First issue is which broker and what upfront costs and whether they will continue post war.
