In my experience, pushing announcement dates back indicates there is a serious problem requiring time to fix it as a planned announcement would reveal the depth of the problem with an open end. Delayed announcements are never good news. I suspect it could be related to the fire sale of Russian assets as the company continues to struggle to generate OPEX cash and prove it can service it's debts. May also be related to quickie rights issue before losing LSE listing to raise cash. That's the other reason sp are mysteriously walked up continuously over a month or two!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pump and dump unlikely to be affected as the spread bet syndicate organising it win either way. But it is noted, the number of trades remains pitiful so few retail suckers being pulled in. Controlling? Not the news coming out of occupied territory where passports are refused and the guerilla war has already started. All Russia patrols have to be done in armoured vehicles. The people Russia describes as Russian are in open revolt in many places.

And your own terminology. "controlling 20% Ukraine". Yes, the land occupied is Ukraine. Not liberated Russia, not liberated Russian people, not Russia towns or villages. And that is why there is no victory or gain of any sort. Russia has invaded Ukraine and has completely failed to achieve control or compliance over a resistive population, even areas previously declared as pro Russian. By any measure that is a remarkable failure. And from now on, Russia is having to constantly keep fighting to stay in the territory and will have to do so for ever until they are ejected. The resistance to Russia on Ukraine soil is bedded in.

There is burgeoning opposition and truth publishing in the print media and now twitter is opened up, truths are spreading there too.

In a free open society, institutions like the Global Warming Policy Foundation and Net Zero Watch can exist and even when their output is actively and consciously suppressed by the likes of BBC, ITV and partly SKY, it is still out there and can be accessed. Most, MOST, of the rest of the world does not enjoy such freedom, even to the extent that internet traffic is suppressed.
