Hi Skid yes this was meant to be a 'defensive' holding that I'm down about 30% on .. d'oh! What's the point trying to diversify if they also lose money .. should have just stuck in all in Ethernity lol

Just watched that vimeo presentation thanks shelly123. Really quite impressive, does seem like a good opportunity. Obviously the history of horribly discounted placings is a major issue and probably a red flag for many, but as a newbie here it feels like an acceptable risk

dallo according to the rns there are lower limits under which the fund can delay payment although what that price is we don't know. Probably fair to say both parties are confident it will be a successful venture and that this is just a 'pre-news lull' or something similar. As always you've got to have patience .. it's the start of Q4 tomorrow which you could say is absolutely critical!

Dallo the way things are going you'll be able to buy more at exactly the same level! Even with financing sorted, deal announcements and indication that more deals are coming it's stuck under 20p. Not sure what this company has to do to get a more sensible valuation. We all know the financials were weak this year but that's backwards looking - the market cap is justified based solely on the India deal, seems crazy to me the current SP

Yes I agree dallo - that fund name appears to have been set up specifically for this one investment by someone who sees Ethernity as a leader in the 5g space. It's good that the deal is divided up so that the full amount may not be required and that it is based on SP growth and not one of those horrible Yorkville style arrangements that someone alluded to earlier. We can now ignore the part of the VSA report that mentioned "cash constrained" ..!

Does anyone work for Mossack Fonseca or any other dodgy Panamanian lawyers who can find out more about this fund..?!
