Almost everyone I know (including myself) uses a VPN in some capacity. Anyone working remotely for example probably uses one every day - to have a lower cost and more reliable solution sounds to me like a potentially mass market product that could be very lucrative. Let's hope the MWC is the catalyst for some serious sales.

Ah yes indeed and McNulty was 4.4 and now 3.94. They must have found a few new investors then although none going over 3%. I wonder why there's been no TR-1 as those 2 mentioned holders crossed a % threshold.

Hi baggy - I agree with Nigel as he has clearly been diluted and not taken placing shares. However Mcnulty/Farrier have not had a % reduction so my assumption was that they had ponied up more dosh as their percentages have not changed (as far as I can see).

Ok Nigel was diluted so the other significant shareholders are stuffees of the placing then - they must have taken a pro-rata amount of the new shares to maintain their holdings at the same level. Old Farrierson loves catching the knife eh..

Just to clarify in my own mind, Nigel has been been diluted by a couple of percent in the placing as shown in the TR-1 yesterday. So the lack of further TR-1's must therefore mean the other major holders have taken a pro-rata slice of the placing in order to maintain the ownership share, correct?

They should have a bit of supply after the few sells yesterday? But yes good to see full ask paid on a couple of early ones.

You'll always have some who like to take even a small profit, which is fair enough. That sell just now of 1,037 was the 38.5p purchase from the 16th Jan. £70 booked!

It's only 3 grand notional though.. What we need is a family office or HNW to lump half a million quid at it.. that'll test the MMs!

I'll be honest I really can't. I suppose they seem to only be dealing with small PI trades at the moment so maybe it's more hassle than it's worth to create a proper 2 way market. My machine is saying the free float is 10.98 million shares - is that right? If that's the case it's a tricky job to be able to balance demand especially if small PIs hold 20 to 50 thousand shares. If anyone with a decent chunk of money wants in they are going to have a massive market impact.

Charty I'm quite interested in yours and slopjockey's speculation that the 42k buy in the prior days to the placing was a lure. Maybe I've not owned shares in a company where this type of behaviour has occurred but it's an interesting theory. The trade was pointed out on twitter and a comment along the lines of 'that 42k buy is indicative of insider knowledge' which is a classic tee up for those of a greedy persuasion that something might be about to happen. Funny old world..i've heard of stranger things happen ..

Yep. I sent the great CEO an email congratulating him on stewarding the market cap under 10 million. I also asked the rhetorical question of why he wasn't starting another DDPP. The only reason I keep this sorry excuse for a company in my PF is as a reminder to take a profit and to not invest in anything with Lenigas's fat little fingerprints all over it!

Not everyone, but certainly some people like to try and make out like there's some kind of background buyer/seller or that the MMs are up to some tricks to deceive the poor PI. It's just the nature of a quote driven illiquid stock with a wide spread.

If you are in an order driven book on an electronic exchange using stealth algos or pegging to the bid/ask, you are just looking for best execution. If you're a buyer and get hit on the bid or anywhere below your benchmark then you're going to be happy as you'll have got a good fill. You wouldn't even look at whether the oompa loompas had been messing around with their little flags.

Not sure why people struggle so much with this concept or think there is some kind of conspiracy. Your trade of 11,916 at 9.97 was when the market was 9.9 / 10.25 - the mid therefore being 10.075. Your trade was below the mid and the algorithm that simply marks anything below the mid as a sell and above the mid as a buy meant that your print was marked as a sell. There is not a team of oopma loompas marking things with little red and green flags to influence the market.
