ENET holding was in the Absolute Equity Fund so it looks like Valu-Trac will take ownership. From the FT:

"Six of City Financial’s Ucits funds have been transferred to Valu-Trac Investment Management and the investment management has been given to Garraway Capital.

The funds, which include the Diversified Fixed Interest, Multi Asset Balanced, Multi Asset Diversified, Multi Asset Dynamic and Multi Asset Growth, have been renamed VT Garraway.

Earlier this month, the company announced it had suspended trading in its Absolute Equity fund and the decision to reinstate this product now lies with Valu-Trac and the fund’s depositary.

Garraway Capital has also assumed management of the Irish-domiciled Ucits funds, which includes the Absolute Equity Feeder fund, Adventurous Portfolio and Wealth fund."

Wow - they've sold their entire holding. That's great news, selling a 6% holding without cratering the price is encouraging. Wonder who bought them?!

If this was listed in the US it would have some loony valuation and all sorts of companies courting it. There may well be some post-earnings drift but the underlying business has been turned around and BBSN looks to be positioned nicely in a growth market. Just my take on it, but I'll be chucking a bit more money at this in the ensuing weeks.

The 2454 sale just now at 38.75 is the buy from March 6th at 39.88. The bid appears to be rising though which is good.

PT is 180p up from 136p.

Well, I'm on post number 1,000 ... and rather than let it go by in a haze of criticising the BOD I've actually done something about it and sold my shares here after 5 years. My last million was at 0.1421 just now. As well as being completely incompetent, I actually now have reason to believe Kiran and Co treat shareholders with such contempt as to be almost fraudulent, so I can no longer tolerate being invested in such a business. Have fun everyone else, I'm off to put my money in a better company!
