Yes many small caps getting crushed. Definitely a "risk-off" couple of weeks ahead. Good volume here though let's hope those numpties at Cadence have sold off their remaining BCN shares to pay for their lunch.

In the last proactive video David mentioned they were in discussions with tech funds in London - I assume one of the goals was to try and find a home for Garraway's holding and unfortunately doesn't look to have been successful. I can only think WINS took the stock off them at a large discount and just put it on their balance sheet to flog later.

MMs definitely don't like this share though.. looks like WINS have been caught out a bit and are now fishing for buyers by making 35/37.

Looks like another lumpy sell of 57k shares earlier. Terrible day for markets overall..even for shares like this one that shouldn't be affected by the US / China spat.

The only reason KDNC have had to sell down their BCN holding is because they're skint and it's the only asset they've got of any value. They've sold shares a lot lower than 45p - and this is all from a block of shares they bought at 100p. They are a total disgrace - I sadly owned shares in them for a long time and realised too late that you're much better off just buying the best asset (BCN) directly!

It's on my blender order book / Level 2 monitor. There are only about 4 market makers in ENET which doesn't help with the volatility. It's my guess that WINS (Winterfloods) were given the large order last week which means they basically now control the flow. This needs contract news now and some new money on board to get it moving up imo.

Well it's PEEL on the ask now who have undercut WINS. Not going WINS way at the moment but it's not helped that the markets are crapping out all over the place.

Hmm I'm not sure. WINS have got this one sewn up really as they are the ones with the supply - I think it was them that took the chunk off Garraway and so it's their market to do what they like with. It's good they've shifted the ask up a bit but it's going to take some new money to move this higher. I'm happy to buy more shares, but not another 250k's worth!

Yes TL is male, plus resides is Malta so is probably on holiday and not too worried about a want-away investor selling a few shares. Nothing has changed imo, this is still a business on the cusp of some serious contracts and revenue. AGM in a couple of weeks which I am attending. I'd encourage other ls to do so as well - last year I had a good chat with David.

Shame to release such great results on such a generally terrible day for the FTSE..

Don't expect a TR-1 regarding the 17 million trade yesterday, although take it as given it was Garraway. Had an email from Mark saying that they are very lax in this regard - Ethernity received notification from City Financial reducing to zero, but no notification from the new holder. Therefore it's unlikely we'll get one from them on the way out.

Just don't look for the next month..hopefully by September we'll be 50+ again!

Cheeky - hadn't noticed that sell last night. Some decent news and this will all be forgotten - it's almost wiped out the gain from the Fiberhome contract which should be worth decent cash to ENET.

It's a regulatory requirement so I would hope so.. although like you say we never got one when Garraway took on the funds from CF. Good to see it trading above that level already - I think people are smart enough to know that this was the result of large order into an illiquid market.

Well it's done, so in that sense I'm glad it's not something business-related. I'm also hopeful that the TR-1 may give us a new institutional holder, but I guess we'll have to wait and see in the RNS.
