Would also be nice if the broker Arden took them off 'coverage suspended' and actually did some analysis in a note. There should be a bit more meat on the bone in the next few months in terms of revenues and I'd hope the broker would pull their finger out and do something to earn their money for a change.

Hopefully it's him - gives the SP a nice boost when the market knows there's a buyer! And yes I agree it's very quiet...not a great time to be trying to build a decent position in a company..

August was quite a good month for news for ETX but before then it was pretty barren for a long time. Let's hope there's some decent newsflow in Sep to keep the momentum going.

£18k doesn't necessarily mean it's Rupert..it's not unusual for a PI for take a punt of around 20 grand - I know I've done it before. If I was Rupert I'd have a limit on the order as well, so it could be that he has a 4p top and given the broker discretion to work it over a set time period. It's difficult to get much size done..it's not like you've got a dark pool or SI to rest an order in so you're at the mercy of a handful on market makers.

Not on hols - just got a response from David. In short, the focus currently is on the UEP to capture business in existing markets due to the delays in the NFV platform an vBras deployment. They are still working with Advantech as well as other service companies so I'd expect updates on these in the interims.

Well I guess it's not something they are willing to give an answer on as I've had no response either .. and I would assume from the lack of response that the collaboration was not a fruitful one!

Don't agree there's any conspiracy or that they know anything the rest of us don't .. just doing their job and making a market. The little dip appeared to get a few more trades printed which is all they want to do.

The buyer who paid 3.7 when it was 3.16-3.4 was certainly keen to get a fill!

There are quite a few options. If he's got wind of a successful breakthrough he's not been very subtle about his insider knowledge! Surely you'd buy out of the money call options if you wanted to maximise your profit (not that I've got experience of any of that..!)

It's quite rare for an unaffiliated PI to take such a large holding in a company. Digging about on him he doesn't own any other notifiable holdings in any other companies so this is a seriously large punt - you have to either be incredibly wealthy or incredibly sure of your actions to spend 350 grand on an illiquid penny share. I'll be holding my shares with interest to see if he's made the right call..

Lifted ask again - 4 MMs at 3.7 now. Let's see if Rupert takes them out as well..!
