It's kind of funny to see Hexam floundering so much.

So Next is a high street business that generates more than half it's sale online.

It doesn't have much of a focus on it's market place despite nearly half it's online revenue coming from the market place.

Such pearls of wisdom.

He seems to forget that Next have to pay all the distribution and return costs for their own branded goods.

So Debenhams don't need to attract way more customers to achieve the same level of profitability

Are the stats misleading southcoast, how do you know that? Is it just your usual BS like suspension last August and admin before the AGM.

Who has said the youth brands performance has reversed? Nobody has said that as far as I can see.

In the results presentation Finley talked about starting to grow the youth brands again, the December website stats would seem to back that up. They aren't where they used to be for youth brands but they have improved significantly. One month isn't a trend but it is encouraging nonetheless

All with a market cap less than the value of Debenhams.com

The mining license sits with LMLB

LMLB is owned 35% by the Mali government and 65% by KMUK.

KMUK is a joint venture between Hainan 51% and Kodal Minerals 49%.

Phase 1 was financed by KMUK making loans to LMLB. Those loans will be paid back in full from the first few spod shipments.

After that subsequent profit from LMLB will be split between the Mali government and KMUK.

As KMUK financed P1 it will also be the funding vehicle for phase 2. How the funding is provided and raised remains to be seen.

Bernard has stated that some profit may be returned to Hainan and Kodal, but personally I'd rather see it used to fund P2.

So, as the license is held by LMLB, which Kodal doesn't have a direct stake in, there is no way Kodal will be funding P2 itself

Debenhams outperformed Next and M&S in month on month growth in December
