As an example let's stick to what the RNS said about Semnet settlement. An agreement is expected to be entered into in late December or early January not payment received. I'd expect RNS when monies received.

Let's move on to the contract not being mentioned in the arbitration RNS. Why would it be, it is part of the dispute and therefore it would be subject to non-disclosure.

Let's talk about the accounting for the large contract. As has been discussed many times, the vast majority of it was for hardware purchase, so why would that be re-occuring in subsequent accounting periods. Either the contract has a low level of recurring management income or it was stolen and therefore is part of the arbitration and subject to non-disclosure.

Now, you keep saying that Semnet is dead. Yet many posters have posted Semnet job vacancies and new partnerships that Semnet have signed.

So maybe you could provide some evidence for your rather seemingly ludicrous claim.

Nastygal is the brand I've always said they should have sold first.

It still gets decent website visits, it has a couple of decent US distribution deals, but the margin isn't there to manage it properly.

Nastygal was bought out of administration and it was Boo management that grew the revenue. Despite the revenue growth it had tiny margins and was largely loss making., probably due to US sales costs.

So they deprioritised it.
