Fre1 unless I'm misreading the RNS, the open offer is off the table. They are going with a placing to Dunkerton only @5p, which will result in 200m new shares

There will be three times the number of shares in issue once the deal is finalised. Which is great for Dunkerton but not for anybody else, so why would it go back above £1. I've had a small nibble here today, but I'm expecting maybe 20p

The initial headcount is a couple of people. The people who provided the machinery are the co-owners, so if any repairs are required I'm sure they will be done quickly and cheaply.
