I've just received a response from Emma Woollard stating that Boo will meet it's regulatory obligations and report it's results by the end of August.

No mention of an exact date, but I wasn't expecting one, but equally no mention of suspension within days southcoast

So here's another one.

GST are main market. They went into suspension on the 1st August when their accounts weren't published by the 31st July. They haven't had an AGM. Indeed their AGM last year was in September, so more than a month after the accounts were released.

Why did neither AGM result in a suspension?

Southcoast is that your usual charmless way of admitting that there won't be a suspension in six days, and you were just posting your usual nonsense

All the UK registered companies are private companies and therefore don't need to hold an AGM

Southcoast you seem to forget that the PLC is registered in Jersey and therefore operates under Jersey rules.

Jersey has no deadline for an AGM, the only penalty I can see is for late filing of the annual return. Which is the princely sum of £10k
