We now have more than 45k tonnes of spod ready to ship. And some more that hasn't been bagged and therefore isn't ready to ship

Mining has never ceased but has been impacted. This isn't an issue due to the massive stock pile of already mined feed stock

The shut down is necessary and a good bargaining chip as I said it would be due to hitting storage capacity. We now have way over 30m worth of stock waiting to go.

All this is a far cry from what you posted about no mining since the 1st of June, 300 redundancies, a ghost town of a processing unit and 42k of spod.

Hexam it would have been difficult for me to be scathing about decisions that.were taken before I invested in Boo.

I happily admit I thought the USDC was a good idea, right until the point I saw that it had only ever stocked at most 60% of product. That was the final straw with Lyttle for me. It may welll have been a good idea with really poor execution that turned it into a disaster

I prefer to live in the real world and look forward.

Take the USDC. I'm not sure what value it has on the balance sheet, but we are impairing it by c£90m in this year's accounts despite being able to draw a revenue stream from it for the foreseeable future.

We have laid off 300 employees. Nope that's not a fact it's your opinion based on an interpretation of a slide that hasn't been picked up in any media.

We have no income. That is a fact but we have millions and millions of cash. So no drama

We have used at least $7.5 million emergency loan at 15% interest. That isn't a fact as it isn't an emergency loans.

We have no export license. There is no such thing as an export licence

Our largest shareholder wants out and will dump 2 billion shares on the open market. That isn't a fact. They aren't our largest shareholder and you don't know how many shares they still want to sell.

No interest from strategic investors to take those 2 billion shares. Nope that isn't a fact either chef. You dont know if they want to sell any shares. If a strategic investor wanted to buy them, we wouldn't know about it until a TR1 appeared as it would be done off market.

So not many of your facts are facts at all are they chef.

Non complete undertakings means things they said they would do or not do, presumably after the sale completion date.

So it still boils down to the same likely cause of arbitration to me

Billy the more I think about it, I don't think it matters if it's non complete or non compete, as it would still boil down to the same thing.

Either they haven't brought in the business they said they would as part of the sale as directors. Or they have poached customers to go elsewhere as employees.

The contract clearly states the second payment was made 8 months after completion of the sale.

We know Mervyn stayed on as sales director, the other director presumably left.

If this is about a non compete clause, the only logical cause is poaching contracts or customer lists, or business pipeline not coming through

I just don't agree on the write offs. They are a result of historic bad decisions, whether by Lyttle or Kamani. If FInley is now running the show it's no longer so important it becomes more of a moot point who is responsible.

Boo signed up for so much capacity it was never going to need and so many brands it couldn't fund properly.

So it appears to me that the write offs aren't a loss of future revenue because the revenue was never going to happen to fill the capacity.

As far as I can tell we have the capacity to support about three times current sales, so the write offs won't impact business growth for years

Hence why the historic results aren't important to me Hexam We already know they are going to be awful. Really awful or shockingly awful statutory profit doesn't really make much odds with the current market cap.

We are now nearly halfway through this financial year and know diddly squat. That is shocking.

So I'm interested in seeing how we are performing now, the results of the business review and if the plan is becoming credible.

If there is halfway decent news on those things then this market cap should be a thing of the past.

If there isn't then we are royally screwed

Accionista have you thought that the 42k figure was used deliberately as it it the latest figure that has been communicated to market and to present anything else could be deemed market sensitive.

All that was ever requested was a clarification on the number, given it's impossible to take what he says at face value after his suspension meltdown.

Where he is wrong though is to only include the negatives in his supposed £300m loss and ignore the positive cost savings that have been achieved.

As I've posted before, and I know you disagree, statutory loss is far less important to me than the cash position for this year

Administrative costs were down 37% or £44m vs 1H FY23, driven by the execution of our cost out programme.

That's just part of the realised cost savings Vs the previous year.
