Couple of things you are plain wrong on there choselyn.
1. Revenue so far is 89m
2. Contractually, KMUK are entitled to all loans paid before anyone else is entitled to anything. So, if Hainan tried to do anything untoward, given KMUK is a UK business, then Kodal have full legal recourse.
3. What does it matter how many other companies are in arbitration. The amount of money isn't material as I pointed out earlier and it's a sign of a grown up relationship that both parties signed up. As Bernard has stated multiple times, the working relationships are just fine.
4. We know the quoted AISC, we know the current spod price is more than 3 times that figure, so it's a racing certainty that we re making good money.
