The interims go up to September 2025, so the plant was well established by then. Kodal will still be charging KMUk for management time.

The loan to Kodal has no fixed repayment date so I don't expect it to be repaid so the money will stay within KMUk and go towards phase two.

As will most of the 21m received from the first shipment and the monies from all subsequent shipments before any phase two funds are required in mid 2027

£6.2 is owed to Kodal by KMUK not dollars as you state. And the amount has gone up by the best part of £1m in the interims, so the work is ongoing and you are once again wrong.

It seems you are assuming that KMUK has no cash and Kodal will have to find the full 49% of it's share of phase two from other means

My point,when I made it a few days ago, was that the money owed to Kodal largely offsets the 15m claim, yet the market makers took the full value and more off the market cap.

So it has nothing to do with paying for stage 2

From a quick scan at the site map, there is absolutely no content about existing cases outside of hearings and judgements

It's been two weeks since the administrative case conference, I'd guess if anything serious had happened it would have been RNS'd by now

Reading the website of the Singapore judiciary system, it lists hearings and judgement sections but nothing about ongoing case information

Therefore, as the last case conference wasn't long ago, it would be unusual for another hearing to be scheduled.

So I, for one, am not surprised that nothing would appear on this website for Semnet.

How do you expect Hainan to gain greater control of KMUK, given it is a private limited company.

They can offer finance to the business but that doesn't have to be linked to an equity stake. Have you actually checked the articles to.see how many shares can be issued under preemptive rights.

Because, if Hainan wanted to waive preemptive rights they would need 75% of shares in approval to do so. Which, by definition, they cant get.
