I'd guess the average people cost would be 30-35k per FTE. We don't know if the 1200 is FTE or includes part time workers.

I'd guess the establishment costs are somewhere in the region of £5-10m, although they will still need to maintain the buildings if they aren't sublet.

So savings could be in the region of £50m per year

I don't see how anyone can say ASOS has better assets than Debs.

As far as I'm aware they operate totally out of leased buildings, whereas Boo owns significant property still.

ASOS have also sold their only significant brand. Boo undoubtedly have too many brands, but that weakness can also be a strength when it comes to disposals.

Debenhams is undoubtedly the main future hope and it's why I bought in here.
