Just a few thoughts / questions.....
Would Dustin be coming in as our new CEO? We don't appear to have one now.
Would Steve step back in?
Do we need one if we might have a JV partner coming on board?

"Status
This tender is open for application.
The deadline is in 19 days."
Not quite "any day"...yet
Madpunter,
To be fair, I don't usually. However, I had skimmed it recently. Just looked now. Not been a post on there (as far as I can see) since 24th December. Maybe the trolls got bored?
Bezzy
WHamBoy,
You're right! I knew I'd seen it somewhere recently.
Thanks. I can sleep now!
Bezzy
Evening Coggy,
They may have taken him off the board. Won't stop him staying for the ride as he'll still hold his shares, like us.
Bezzy
Madpunter,
Haven't we seen this Tyler Nelson pop up somewhere else recently? His picture is very familiar....
Bezzy
Zeron,
That made me laugh!!!!

Yes Arsenal221,
A copy of Earsbern's original post from Tuesday, here:
"Doc. 86 was a joint submission to the judge yesterday (04/01/21), from both parties, asking for a further extension (actually, a rescheduling) of the trial schedule.
Both parties state that they have been unable, thus far, to reach an amicable settlement. If the case is to go to trial, both parties say they want to seek additional discovery, including depositions. They state that
"circumstances surrounding (FRR's) business operations amid the coronavirus pandemic and (FRR's) recent further substitution of counsel (note - all counsel changes have been covered here by previous docs) have culminated in the filing of this (request for extension), to provide the parties with adequate time to complete their mediation efforts before conducting the necessary additional discovery and related proceedings."
Doc. 87 - Judge Seeborg complies with the request. The new schedule (as requested by the parties) is :-
26/02/21 - Complete mediation.
19/04/21 - Deadline to amend pleadings without seeking leave of Court.
21/05/21 - Completion of non-expert discovery.
18/06/21 - Deadline to serve expert disclosures.
16/07/21 - Deadline to designate rebuttal experts and serve disclosures (this item was not in the old schedule).
27/08/21 - Completion of expert discovery.
07/10/21 - Deadline to file pre-trial motions.
26/01/22 - Final Pretrial Conference.
14/02/22 - Jury Trial."
.....that last string of message gets pulled?
As PJOHN says, let's keep it Frontera-related going forward and it'll avoid the risk of losing decent posts as collateral damage.
My view on the latest rescheduling of the California case is that it seems to point to some level of "working together" on the part of Hope & Frontera. Maybe Hope's realised that the BOD have appointed a clever bunch of lawyers that keep thwarting his efforts on every front? Could they both be agreeing to defer matters while a grand plan is put in place? In that case, they're leaving their court processes in place as a fall-back if a satisfactory "grand plan" conclusion is not achieved.
Alternatively, maybe they are now actually going to go down the re-scheduled list of activities. Just not sure how the "mediation" stage will go with all the "love" between the parties, if my suggestion of a mutual deferment hasn't arrived.
As ever - guesses, conjecture and supposition!
All the best,
Bezzy
Now........if only I had a profit to offset the loss against....... (laughing emoji)!!
Seen the last 2?

You weren't blocked. There was an outage on Telegram which is well publicised on Twitter and on the internet if you choose to search for it. That said, you should have been blocked. Your disruptive, negative agenda was quite transparent and was far more persistent than you make out on here (with another not-so-subtle de-ramp).
Keep trying pal!
Bezzy
Oops!
linandy1,
Fire was out to play this morning (see posting earlier). Very out of character - always had him down as a night creature!
All the best (you too, Fire),
Bezzy
swain,
You cannot log in. From the AGM RNS:
"As a consequence of the current measures implemented by the UK Government, shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM but are strongly encouraged to submit their votes by proxy as soon as possible. Voting at the AGM will be carried out by way of poll so that votes cast in advance, and the votes of all shareholders appointing the Chairman of the AGM as their proxy, can be taken into account."
I think there was an option to put forward questions by a deadline now already passed (there was for the recent GM). They said they'd answer the questions at the meeting and report back.
Bezzy
Strangely quiet in here this morning?
Lull before the storm. Everyone waiting for the good AGM news and the terms sheets that are expected to follow?
Good luck everyone,
Bezzy
Pecten,
I can assure you I am not party to any form of insider knowledge so I'll thank you for winding your neck in and backing off with the unfounded accusations. I will endeavour to try and find out where I got it from. However, as Piker has also indicated similarly, I'd suggest it may be "in the domain" somewhere, or at worst based on another's assertions.
All the best,
Bezzy
Afternoon MJT,
Pretty sure I've seen it somewhere that the price (contractually agreed) is based on the average of the preceding 7 days' copper price. Happy to be corrected by others who might be better informed.
Bezzy
Morning All,
Surely someone running dummy buys and hit the "buy" button by accident! I'm sure they won't be the first or last.....
