Mad,
I think it is this:
Symore on ii
"Press release from Outrider and I have to say I had a little chuckle when I read it. Why? Well, it does show Outrider is suffering, just a much as us the shareholders. COVID plus massive decline in oil prices has really hit the O&G sector and asset values. Add to that, legal costs Outrider has racked up over the past 2 years, perusing FRR in Caymans, California, NY and Texas. After all his legal actions, he is now pleading to the Georgian Govt to help him out by awarding B12 to him. He goes even further by requesting that any new owner of the block to repay Outrider. What a kant. Had he just been a little patient and supportive of FRR, perhaps a different outcome could have been achieved.
Couple of other observations, he says he owed $35m which means the default that occurred back in Oct2020, all interest on CLNs ceased and it appears the GG did not cancel the PSA.
Still lots of questions but may be more clarity after the eGeorgian elections are done on 31 Oct."
ODR,
On your second point, that would either rely on him having provided a suitable correspondence address (cue emoji with big wide eyes) or an on-the-ball accountant to not forget.
Bezzy
Exactly ODR,
Over here it's a simple document to be filed. Pretty sure my accountant charges about £24 for the pleasure. Even in Frontera's apparently cash-strapped predicament, I would have thought they could find 100 notes to keep their 4 companies registered, if they want them.
Bezzy
"Bessy"????!!!?!?
Ziggy,
In light of what's playing out, this could indeed look bad. However, in the UK, this is quite commonplace (seen on Companies House) and often requires the simple filing of a "Confirmation Statement" from the Company(ies) to avert the automatic striking off notice.
Hard to know if it's really bad news or an administrative oversight. Not too dissimilar to the cessation of the web page.
Good luck everyone,
Bezzy

Suggestion it might be linked to another stock. I guess just as much chance it could be linked to the UKRTC?
Bezzy
Thanks for sharing Bugsy,
I do recall there was some discussion, although I'm sure there was no resolve to do it.
I guess they could have been in play for a number of reasons - whether an FRR shareholder or a shorter concerned to see any "live" activity on our sites (or otherwise) - or indeed completely unrelated. Difficult to know how close they were to any of our operations.
Are we back to some concerned individuals wishing to stifle any morsel of positivity here? Is the possibility of this coming good all getting a bit too real?
I very much hope so!
Bezzy
It seems a large tranche of posts have been deleted from 3pm Sunday to 2.40am this morning. What's going on?
LSE Admin - can you explain why?
MadPunter,
I still think you won't be far off the mark.
A little more patience.........
GLA
Bezzy
Evening Puddy,
Good to see you’re still around. The story rumbles on........
Bezzy
Morning All,
Nice summary MadP.
Phil - please leave it for now. It is clear that a very large game of chess is in progress here. Despite our player not informing us of their plans, they've clearly got a plan and are following it. Let's see it play out, rather than meddle with it.
All the best,
Bezzy
tsbs,
What about Mr Hope.......??
tsbs - Looed was here at 02:18 this morning.
R8 - Zaza Jnr?
Because the SM needs to RNS it first (winking emoji)
Ah. I'll get my coat!
Has anyone Googled "JJ Carter":
"John J. Carter - Wikipediaen.wikipedia.org › wiki › John_J._Carter
John Joyce Carter (June 16, 1842 to January 3, 1917) was an Irish officer who fought in the ... various business ventures including a clothing store in Titusville and an oil company called Carter Oil which later became known as Exxon."
Interesting..........
Oops!
Sorry - I meant "WHam" not "WHAM" - I guess that's different.......
WHAM - it was 3rd Sept (shows "last post" date on his member page) - but the post is no longer there.
