The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
@WHamBoy - just seen your post. Yes. it's been a while! I have to say, I don't often use Telegram these days, but still have it. Feel free to reach out and we can catch up. All the best, Bezzy
Hi Looed,
Thanks for the advice on the context search. I have to say, I ordinarily prefer to keep a healthy distance from court cases (and their terminology)!
Many thanks,
Bezzy
Morning and many thanks Looed.
I have to confess to having to look up the meaning of "Joinder":
"The action of bringing parties together; union".
Maybe there's some irony in that description given what we hope is going on behind the scenes...?
All the best,
Bezzy
Morning All,
Works for me, @tsbs1, if it suits everyone else?
It's also very easy to "green box" any undesirables permanently, should the need arise....
All the best,
Bezzy
Afternoon All,
Just checking the FRR chat is still working as I had word it had been taken down.
Hopefully all good.
Keep the faith all. Hopefully a positive conclusion to the court cases soon…
Bezzy
Good Morning (or Afternoon) Looed,
Difficult as it sometimes is, please don't take to heart what some of the less positive posters on here produce. I am sure it is not aimed at you personally, but at the company.
I suspect I speak for the majority of the true shareholders who are enduring our forced patience (for now), when I say we very much appreciate the updates and information that you share (alongside our other Frontera sleuths). Long may it continue. I try and dig around, but I've struggled of late to find anything meaningful, other than to share some aerial shots of the development area with some WhatsApp group members (I can't share on here due to the constraints of the LSE system).
For those that are posting negatively. I get it - it's frustrating. But let's not do the "keyboard warrior" thing and take it out on others (whether intentionally or not). Go shout it out in the garden or talk it through with your other halves, a mate down the pub, or even a mirror. We're seeing signs of positivity here and we should embrace that until we hear otherwise.
Only my take on things. I'd much rather look forward to a positive outcome than dwell on possible negativity.
All the best,
Bezzy
Morning All,
Thanks for the comments below.
I particularly like the “with prejudice” aspect of this matter. To go that way suggests a deal has been done all around and hopefully we can move forward positively now.
Still a bit of finger-crossing to go, but it certainly seems more positive now.
Good luck everyone,
Bezzy
Morning Looed,
For the record, I'm very appreciative of your input, sleuthing and reporting to the group.
Thank you for the summary below. I wonder (with the deadline date being Easter Monday) whether the parties have indeed already filed the Stipulation For Dismissal? I appreciate it's not technically a bank holiday in the States. However, if there is any involvement from lawyers in other jurisdictions, this may have already been completed. Let's hope so.
As an aside, I reviewed the map co-ordinates provided from a few days back. From what I can recall from a while back, there does appear to be signs of more activity in the nearby area. However, it's hard to ascertain whether there is any meaningful production from the aerial shot.
Keep the faith everyone,
Bezzy
I was trying to see if there's been an increase in activity at the site. There seems to be quite a bit of stuff there, but I honestly can't remember what it looked like before as it's such a long time ago! Let's hope there is some positive activity going on down there.
Bezzy
Many thanks bugsy-b
Bezzy
Morning All,
Hanging in there for the court dates like everyone else.
Can anyone remind me of the specific co-ordinates for the site at Taribani please?
Many thanks in advance,
Bezzy
Chin Up Chaps!
I'm in here deep (my own fault!), but I've by no means written this off. We're still on the bus and the legal shenanigans appear to be reaching a conclusion which surely must be a good sign for all. I know it's been a long time, but I feel a little more patience and we may have a pleasant conclusion....
All the best,
Bezzy
Morning Looed,
Thanks for sharing, as always.
Mourant certainly aren't invited to the kiss & make up party, by the looks of it.
It does worry me that despite possibly being able to put the biggest issue (Hope) to bed, that we are still fighting on other fronts. I can't imagine that will be very attractive to any suitors from a sale / exit process (I appreciate we would be getting ahead of ourselves a little, there). They'd want to do their due diligence and ongoing court cases are never attractive.
Keeping them crossed for us all,
Bezzy
Morning All (well at least it is in the UK!),
Is this a very recent development, Looed? Only one has to question why YJ have suddenly decided to hold their hands out. Do they know something we don’t? Are they anticipating the company being in a position to settle up outstanding bills? Interesting…
Bezzy
Afternoon All,
I think some are missing the point here (deliberately, or otherwise.......).
The salient point isn't the date of the article. The point is they have successfully acted for a party before in achieving a takeover of a company. I think I4TLT is sharing this as indeed the same could be going on here now.
Each to their own in interpretations. I, however, think this may be very close to the reality going on behind the scenes.
All the best,
Bezzy
Looed,
Your efforts are indeed very much appreciated by many a shareholder on here (myself included). It sounds like a sensible compromise has been agreed.
Bezzy
Many thanks Looed.
This really could start to come together quite nicely for us all, then.
Fingers crossed!
Bezzy
Sorry Looed- me again!
I was just reflecting on your response and was thinking about the list of court cases. You mentioned the 7 in the US. One has to imagine that if a resolution is reached with Hope that a few of these will fall away. Don’t we have other fronts to tackle such as Zaza and the Georgian government? Do you think these might be easier to clear once the Hope matter resolved. Perhaps some form of favourable domino effect?
I must confess to having lost sight of the number of cases, adversaries and jurisdictions we are in! I do recall there was Caymans action as well, although that seems to have gone quiet for now. That said, I’m pretty sure that was related to Hope, too.
Thanks again,
Bezzy
Many thanks Looed. That’s encouraging to hear. A little longer waiting, but hopefully worth it all in the end.
Bezzy
Looed,
If I may - did you get any sense of any regret / sympathy with regard to the lack of comms with us shareholders in your correspondence with the company? It might give us an indication as to whether they may consider us still "on board" and have a duty towards us, or whether they don't give "two hoots" as we're maybe not planned to be "on the bus" for the next stage of the journey.
Thanks in advance,
Bezzy
