I guess that Halfords might have benefited from the fact that some people would have used Halfords services for the first time ever (whilst some the alternatives have been forced to shut) over the last month. If they were impressed with them they could start shopping there more often from now on.

Thanks for putting that on here - very good read! I was queuing outside M&S this morning waiting to shop and couldn’t help but notice the queue outside Halfords, which is also on the retail park. Roughly 15 people queuing outside to either buy, or collect an online delivery. Steady trade by the looks of things.

Ha ha, I’ll have to check that site out, (for the researchers, not the nutters). Let’s see what these guys say in the results

Having been a previous holder (sold out in about Oct last year) I’m currently sat on the sidelines but if the results and statements give me confidence then I’m going to get back in. Hopefully we can all do well out of this.

Yes! Well if this turns out to be a great company more may turn up but in the meantime I believe that the results are to be released 30th April

Good find Pharma. Well it states about half way through the article that the tablets are priced at TL400 each but they are going to supply them free. A good gesture and PR exercise

Yes I’ve already started looking Appleby. In Sept last year the shares were about a quid but a favourable conclusion to, I think a tax issue in Poland saw the shares jump up and by Xmas they were 160/170. That’s where the price has stayed until this last 6weeks where they’ve dropped like a stone. In short they seem to be a bargain for the brave, or they’re gonna go t*t’s up! Cheers

Reports this weekend that the Czech Republic, as well as others, are beginning to open up their borders. Is this the start of IPF’s doorstep markets beginning to re-open?

I’ve no idea how they are doing overall but their store local to me seems to be doing ok. I’m not too far from an out-of-town retail park. There’s a Halfords, an M&S and a Pets at home which have all remained open. M&S is definitely the busiest but even Halfords has had customers queuing outside to go in.

Can anyone confirm the short position here? I believe that it has dropped since Feb this year.

This and the tobacco companies have put out very reassuring updates.

I read at the weekend on Thisismoney.co.uk that Ted is one of the companies being targeted by the shorters. It quoted who but I can’t remember off the top of my head.
