The Trading announcement last year was on the 4th May so in about 6 weeks we should hear from the board. Perhaps their statement will help close that gap!
Sharcus, I’ve had my eye on this for a while but still yet to dip my toe in. I know that they’ve build up a decent property portfolio over the years but you would think that the pandemic and the effect that it’s had on commercial property would require these assets to be revalued.
Great set of results here, surprised that they have not risen more...Chaps quick question - would buying today qualify for receiving the special divi? Regards
... out of gas and oil, gas gas the longest future. Last year I remember reading an article which predicted peak oil at 2032 but at the year 2050 they were still predicting gas to provide over 50% of the worlds energy needs.
Alwayznow , on your last post you quoted SENX to have a market cap of £35M but I’ve just noticed that Stockopedia is quoting the MC to be £215M at 3.2p / share. Your figure sounds better(!) for obvious reasons. Why do we think we have a difference? Can anyone shed any light?
Agreed Five Candles. Looking on Stockopedia brokers were forecasting turnover of 225M but these results indicate that management are ‘penciling in’ 175M. That’s a 28% difference. Plus, the forecasts included a divi which is clearly not going to happen for the foreseeable future. On the plus side we have the huge director and institutional purchases over the summer and Autuum... Which begs the question - what plans do they have for the company???
Hmm, back in September 20 the Times tippers covered IPF, a stock which I had shares in. The share was 62p and the article concluded with ‘sell’. They are currently 102p...
I agree. I believe that the divi is in the form of a scrip dividend but this offers the opportunity to increase your share holding at no cost. I was expecting to see a share price rise today.
Steelwatch I’ve no idea about the cost of this equipment but will Carclo benefit from the Budget announcement which talked of enabling companies investing in plant and machinery to cut their tax bill by up to 130% (over the next 2 yrs).
This beaten down is starting to look interesting now the world has started to vaccinate its citizens. Strange though that despite the huge share price drop no director has purchased a single share... This makes me a little hesitant. When are the next results due?
