I have said that I expected the special purpose certification process to take at least to the end of July and that we dont have the SPC until formalities, including signed contract, are concluded.

The LP RNS was 3 weeks ago. 3 days nadam over 2 weeks ago and since then the mongolian mining ministers been to Dornod. So what's the delay about now then if paperwork is just a formality (according to WOS)
