It appears that we are all becoming impatient with Meldoy and any share price rise.
Facts are;
1. They keep signing new acts.
2. The quality is getting better
3. Artists are promoting Melody by Tweeting
4. Large institutions hold a lot of stock.
5 Unlike NextVR they are not burning cash on advertising which is a waste of more requires new share placings diluting the shares in circulation
6. The share price has drifted lower, tech shares took a hammering and Brexit is not helping the AIM market.
7. It is a very quite time for shares generally we need to wait until October for fund managers to come back in
8. No news is good news even though we don't want to hear that.
9. New headsets are being rolled out
10. Christmas is yet to come
11. If you want to know what the future holds invent it.....well done Melody on the App it works like a dream.
12. The most important rule, Shares go up the stairs but if they fall they go out the window.......hence patience is a virtue.
We have to be patient with this stock guys, the likes of ASOS HOTC all struggled in their infancy, we need to concentrate on the deals not the adverts we would see on Google FB etc as currently it is more important that SH AM make deals with recording labels, artists not advertising companies who would burn through our cash in a second.
Point in case I had a very small website in 2000 selling beauty products online, this completed with ThinkNatural.com (Joanna Lumley was the face of that company) Boots website (Handbag.com) they spent money like water on advertising, and both failed losing hundreds of millions, I spent my time partnering with the likes of Freeserve, Vodafone, Affinity Internet, I prevailed because I refused to spend money on advertising as the traffic was not there...sold the company to a man who bankrupted it by spending money advertising everywhere, moral here was I was not patient and the company that wanted to tie up with me and was smaller than me Look Fantastic sold out for £19million....I have been here before with investing in smaller stocks and also running a tech business we need to be patient, the rewards will come.
