Resolution 7 voted down. Company will now need to seek authority in order to do any placings which means they will have to give shareholders a very good reason if they want to raise. They have now gone away to count all the proxy votes for this resolution. But all bar one at the AGM voted against.

Wobwat, as per Bernys post, he claims that mfdevco are the only ones who have the technology and therefore the intellectual property to conduct a project of this nature. Clearly, this is a watershed event in the history of nuog, suffice to say that they are heading towards completion of a deal of this nature. Presently, the company is tainted with apprehension due to the so called procrastination in closing a deal. All I can say at this point is that I feel we are getting very close to securing this first elusive deal. Again, it boils down to whether you are a believer or not. The hardened naysayers and distractors will now up their game.

From my twin brother Berny.. Now that gas to wire has been publicly acknowledged by the company I can reveal something else. The first of these N Sea projects is almost over the line. I understand it was touch and go as to whether it would be completed before the AGM but am fairly confident it will land nxt week or thereabouts. This will be the first MF project for Nuog imho. And Brazil will follow within a few weeks.

Another piece of the jigsaw

Not sure about who’s going from LSE, but my twin brother Berny is going to be in attendance. I’m sure he will be raising some valid points, as I’m equally sure the rest in attendance will be. All the best to those who are in a position to attend the AGM tomorrow.. I’m sure it’s going up be a blast

The obsession with faeces themed discussion on advfn is pre-school at best, coupled with xenophobic undertones makes it a haven for the perennial truant. The reason I have copied two posts from Bernymadoff in the last two days is because I saught special permission from the monopolies and mergers commission plaguerism department ( plus Berny is my twin brother ). In the absence of hard facts from the company in regards to future deals, nothing wrong with a bit of speculation as to what may or may not occur at nuog in the next 2 to 3 weeks. As per today’s rns, Graham Scotton OFFICIALLY commences his tenure on the 28th of this month, which potentially leaves tomorrow open for him setting out his stall at the AGM. The question is how long has this appointment been in the making and does it correlate with the nuog tradition of deal making behind closed doors. Sooner or later AIM rules will force the hand of whatever is or isn’t going on at nuog HQ.

From advfn To beat a crook you have to think like a crook. Not saying Minty is one but the way he's been behaving certainly comes close. Anyway isn't it off that a guy who has never been shy of taking placing has refused several in recent months? Remember this is a guy who is owed just shy of £1m by Nuog (That's the correct figure not the £250k I suggested in a previous post). If he was at all concerned about getting his money back surely the easy way to do it would be to take a placing and use it to pay down the debt owed to him. But no Minty has been desperate to convert his debt into equity before the AGM? Ask yourselves why he would want to do this if there was no deal coming and no upside. Why would a guy who has historically been reluctant to have any skin in the game suddenly be so eager to convert all his debt into equity? Deals incoming imho
