The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Dear All,
I have set up an email address: iqaicomplaints@gmail.com
Over the next week (with help please!) I am going to prepare 3 letters - FCA, FSC and SEC - outlining the issues we have with IQAI and its BoD.
If you wish to join, please do so BUT please don't feel you have to!
I am NOT a weekend-warrior! I am just one peeved PI who has had enough.
GDPR etc will be - of course - adhered to.
-- BB --
Over the next few days I am going to post links (here and Telegram) for how to make complaints to:
1) FCA - UK
2) FSC - Jersey
3) SEC - USA
If as many of us can create waves, then we will get answers.
Please remember that the likes of KS - although fabulous scientists - are at the heart of IQAI ... and are complicit to BoD plans. They accept the share options - they know what is going on...
We cannot let the BoD abuse us this way, year after year.
TB: " ... I do have plans to let shareholders judge the company by its performance over the next couple of years..."
Hmmmm ... so far, extremely disappointing.

Tyke,
This is the second consecutive year this has happened - or is it third?!
Also, can we REALLY trust any answers we get?
We need 30+ complaints for the FCA's ears to be pricked ...
All we want are answers - so maybe an FCA pre-investigation will get us these?
There is an IQAI Research Group on Telegram with 73 members ... we can do this!

This is also a link you should use for a Jersey-based company.
I note that the IQAI website states:
These Terms shall be governed by Jersey law, subject to any national, European Community or international conventions or regulations, the provisions of which are mandatory. In addition, any public policy provisions on non-professional user protection shall prevail over the terms of the present Terms of Use in case of a conflict.

My view is that if IQAI does go down the tubes, the FCA cannot say it was not warned.
Please note that those in the USA are also subject to any investigation - and the penalties there are quite harsh. In fact, I will look at how a complaint can be actioned there too. If people take the shares - knowing fully how the BoD act, they must realise that they would be subject to any action.
I also expect that if we do get FDA clearance, the SP will rise BUT the BoD will not doubt sell ... and launch a fundraise ...
We are in a state of perfidy.

I am mildly (!) disgruntled by the way the BoD have treated PIs year after year.
It's clear to see on the RNSs and statements made by IQAI that they say one thing, do another and - in my opinion - clearly manipulate the situation to suit themselves. Some of the rhetoric is - in my opinion - purposely misleading... Being disappointed by the SP and then selling to drive down the SP to then buy again is egregious behaviour. The awarding of options at this low level- for me - was the icing on the cake!
I AM writing to the FCA to lodge a complaint and I urge all PIs to do the same. The main reason for me is that if IQAI gets a final kick in the goolies the FCA cannot say that they weren't warned multiple times by multiple investors.
Make yourself heard please. IQAI maybe deaf ... the FCA is not!

Gee,
Yes - for the LTHs ... we now have to "wait & see"... and try to ignore the turpitude that we are suffering ...
What riles me the most is that the BoD is unwilling to engage with PIs in any way and leave it to the scientists in the USA or even the broker to answer questions. Cowardice or useless? You choose.
Yes - tomorrow we may get positive PRD news and the SP will shoot up 100% -- then what will happen - TB/FAB will sell stock and profit ... then fundraise ... and buy in again.
The accounts (May?) should be interesting.
For the first time in "my" Flying Brands/IQAI journey, I am wishing I had never got involved ...
-- BB --
Gee,
If he has no regard whatsoever for PIs, what regard do you really think he has for MS/Cs etc?
To him, we are ALL pawns is his game of financial chess - expendable.
I feel for MS & CS as they have to field questions from PIs because the BoD refuses to. It's almost danger money!
-- BB --
Yes - he wrote that to me ...
SO - when there is a spike in December this year, sell up ... and rebuy in January where there is a placing, sell-off and reward!
Play them at their own game!!
Simple!
-- BB --
SADLY, this is what we say every year and every year we are shafted by TB & Family.
-- BB --
I actually don't have an issue with the likes of MS receiving options - he is at the sharp end and delivers ...
It's TB ... unecessary ... pure greed. Nothing else.
BUT - it's over (for now?) ... maybe there really IS incredible news around the corner.
"In IB I trust ... in TB I do not ... "

Well, well,well ...
Talk about double-downing on the insult!
-- BB --
If you were a US-based scientist churning out one success after another - with hopefully more to come - would you really want you destiny to be led by an overseas family which believes in profit over everything else?
I can image that MS & KS are bemused by the goings-on - receiving emails and calls from UK investors asking questions - why? how? really? etc etc
They must look at their peers in the US to see what their worth truly is - both financially and respectfully - and despair a little ...
Don't get me wrong, TB has funded the whole shooting match - and we should be grateful for that - but now he needs to stop manipulating, sell up, sate the PIs and we can all move on ...

I hope I am not repeating too many previous posters but:

Both Bayer and Mayo are both rated "high" for geographical reach and software diversity.
I believe that MRIs still use gad but use AI to enhance the service.
BUT IQAI is the only company that has sought FDA for its software.
Philips has a system working in the UK - Tesla 3.0 (Addenbrokes Hospital). This system has been trialled in Germany not using gad - https://www.nationalmssociety.org/About-the-Society/News/Advanced-MRI-Scanners-May-Be-Just-as-Effective-Wit -
Back in 2019 the report says "As 3 Tesla machines become more widely available, these results may help to reduce the need for contrast dyes like gadolinium, the use of which has recently raised some concern."
I believe that the IQAI software negates the need for any GAD at all ..
