Going with the 5% valuation of $60m times 14=$840m - Telfer, I don’t think we will be looking at £1.2 billion !
Just my opinion of course
Looks like we could be entering Endgame!
At least we will know where we stand !
All the best Ben
Maybe that’s why he is coming to Blighty, but saying that most of the financial backing is Aussie!
Must be something to do with dual listing , just a thought 🤔
Thanks!
Freddie on optimistic note summer is nearly over in Australia, so better working conditions!
Should be over there end of March a wedding,so I will be hands on!💥
Afternoon All I hope you are well!
Looks like the market not expecting much about HAV tomorrow!
Friday could see the shorts playing games, maybe that is why volume is so low!
Interesting timing for Shaun to come to Blighty must have something to say or do!
Interesting times!
Could be a good time to buy Friday, I will have to raid the piggy bank 😊
All the best Ben
Hi maninpink
Speaking to people, there seems to be plenty out there!
But being played down as it’s the February merry go round season, but looking good for spring that’s when I think it will kick off!
Just my opinion and the way people are talking!
All the best Ben
I expect in about 4-5 years and that suits my plans!
Afternoon All I hope you are all well!
Good price to get in at !
That’s the hardest thing to get right, just look at everything!
If you bought a house in 80s you are laughing now, but if you buy now will you see the same price hike in 40yrs time?
Who knows £400k for a house now, what will be then!
Look at rolls Royce in the pandemic, cheap as chips, now look at it!
Ggp 7.5p is this a good price?
For me yes, if we go mining and start earning a 1p dividend is 12-15% 2p 25% and so forth!
I do feel for the people who bought at the peak and damage limitations is what they are looking at now!
Eventually it should bounce higher than the high, but it is just time and frustration will kick in especially when you look at the other shares you were going to buy!
I know because I have missed on a few, but hey ho You make your choice and it could have paid off!
All the best Ben
But Shaun joked I would buy it for a $1 !
That’s in the back of his mind!
Something he would love and thrive on !
Now thinking out of the box Newmont said give $50m +a percentage and take over Telfer and decommission costs!
What do we think!
Just a thought!
What about if we wish to buy Telfer for a $1 and come to agreement over time for their 70% ?
Just a thought!
Hi Ace
We already know we are being bought out !
Sisu gave us the nod before the hoards arrive, have you forgotten already 😉😂
Come on Bamps stop telling porky’s you were two years above me at school 😂
Do you think we will get the DTM before I draw my pension?
Just planning for my future 😊😉
Hi maninpink
Got of site in September and been working on my house and my daughters house before Christmas, been helping my brother out since then on HA’s, I am leaving the HB’s for a while until they stop being idiots!
But saying that I have had a lot of people asking me to come back on site, so I can only presume they are busy again or peed everyone off and they have quit!
I will make enquiries!
Cheers Ben

So if that’s the case and HAV was up and running the AISC of Telfer would plummet making it more viable as shared costs of running the plant.
I just want to make sure I am in the right area, like if more mines in the area occur it will bring down all costs!
I know they said costs +10%, but if Telfer mine closed our costs will go up, as not so many feeding from the well as they say!
Just my thinking 🥰
MH01
Hi just for my clarification we are assuming Telfer mine and Telfer plant would be classed as separate entities!
So Telfer mine AISC is over $1600
So the plant would also have other overheads ie staff and running costs!
Telfer mine wouldn’t be covering all the costs of the plant!
Am I right in my thinking?
Thanks Dipp that’s the kind of AISC I want to see:))))
Hi Timber
I am sure I remember that didn’t Newcrest decide to increase the length of the Telfer mine, just to help with covering the costs of the Telfer plant until HAV was up and running!
I am sure that is what I remember!
Could be wrong, normally am ! Lol
Hopefully that’s correct because that will force their hand .
All the best Ben
